Come one, come all! We’ve put together a spectator guide to ensure that all swimmers and spectators have a great experience and feel welcome! 

ACCOMMODATION FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES

  • Parking:  Designated ADA parking is available in our main Goodman Pool parking lot at 325 W Olin Avenue.
  • Seating: ADA available in the front row of the North set of bleachers.
  • Restrooms: ADA restrooms available in the Pool locker rooms and in the bank of porta-potties by Tent City.
  • Service animals for guests with disabilities are welcome at the pool. All service animals must always remain on a leash or in a harness. No other animals are allowed.

ALL-CITY APP

The All-City Swim app will be available at no charge. The app will allow you to quickly access important event information as well as be the electronic forum for heat sheets, results, event staging, up to the minute event info and so much more.

Push notifications will be delivered through the mobile app announcing event staging. Be sure to select your swimmer’s events in the notifications tab to receive specific push notifications to your device.

ALL-CITY MERCHANDISE

2023 All-City Apparel will be sold on the grounds. Cash and major credit cards are accepted.

CLERK OF COURSE

All individual swimmers and relays will be staged at Clerk of Course. For more information, visit our Clerk of Course page. for more information.  

CONCESSIONS

Goodman Waves Concessions and local food vendors are conveniently located next to Tent City. For the first time ever, All-City is going ticketless!  Cash and major credit cards will be accepted at individual vendors. 

ENTERTAINMENT

Magician/balloon twister, Nickey Fynn, will be performing at All City on Thursday and Friday!

FIRST AID/SPORTS MEDICINE TENT

If you need medical attention, please notify the closest volunteer or pool employee. Event patrons and injured swimmers may seek first-aid at the UW Health Sports Medicine which is located on the pool deck in between the guard office and pool restrooms.

INFANT FEEDING AREA 

A private space will be available for breastfeeding or expressing breastmilk. Check with Volunteer Check-In/Guest Services for the exact location.

LOST & FOUND

Lost items may be found at volunteer check-in located near the Lessons gate. 

LOST CHILD AREA

Parents may find their lost child at volunteer check-in located near the Lessons gate. 

RESTROOMS

A bank of port-a-potties can be found outside of Tent City.  Pool restrooms are restricted to coaches, officials and pool staff only.

RESTRICTED AREAS

Please stay within the designated areas. Do drop swimmers off at Swimmer drop off only. Swimmers dropped off in non-designated areas may be disqualified from the All-City Swim Meet. 

RESULTS

Results will be posted in Tent City on the results boards and on the All-City Swim app. Results will also be available on Meet Mobile with an active subscription once results are confirmed at the end of each session.

SEATING

1,026 seats are available for spectators. Please be courteous by not saving seats for family and friends. To ensure that everyone has an opportunity to see their swimmer(s) compete, we ask that spectators limit their time in the bleachers to what is necessary to see their specific races. For your safety, do not stand on the bleachers or bring glass containers into the pool area.  

SECOND HARVEST FOOD/FUND DRIVE

The Second Harvest Food/Fund Drive continues! There will be a raffle for gift baskets – check them out at the Second Harvest table near our concessions and sponsor tables. 

SENIOR RECOGNITION

All seniors will be recognized on Thursday during lunch. A display board featuring all of our recently graduated seniors is located in Tent City. Please do not forget to take your Senior Photo off the display board when you are LEAVING All-City. SHELLY GLOVER FOUNDATION’S KIDS SWIMMING FOR KIDS

This non-profit organization and 2023 All-City sponsor raises scholarship money to ensure that all kids have the opportunity to swim. Visit shelleygloverfoundation.org/swimming/ksk/ for more information.

TENT CITY

Tent City is located to the south of the pool on the softball field. Swimmers are encouraged to remove all personal belongings at the end of each meet day. All items must be removed from tents at the end of the meet. The clean tent challenge is back this year! Coaches from the winning teams will get to eat lunch first at hospitality on Friday and Saturday, so think clean

WATER

A water station provided by Madison Water Utility is available to fill your own reusable water bottles free of charge and is located in the Cabana area of the Goodman Pool.
